Refund Policy – Zen Success
 
1. Eligibility for Refund Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed or used the digital content (such as videos, workbooks, live sessions, or course modules).  
2. Refund Timeline  All refund requests must be raised via email to support@sonalipednekar.com within the 7-day window.  
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.  
3. Exclusions  No refunds will be granted after a customer has accessed, attended, or downloaded any portion of the course or bootcamp content.  

Customized coaching sessions (1:1) are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.  4.
